What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to identify needs and refine job descriptions for all levels.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product) and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing).
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche communities like Slack and Discord.
• Manage the end-to-end process from screening and interviewing to extending and closing offers.
• Own and optimize the Greenhouse ATS to ensure data integrity and transparent reporting.
• Build analytics reports for the executive team on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states.
• Not eligible for company sponsorship.
• Technical fluency (understanding Python, JavaScript, React, and the general software development lifecycle).
• Proven track record of high offer-acceptance rates and reduced time-to-fill through expert negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
