What you will do

  • Serve as the primary SME and internal escalation point for credentialing across state and federal contracts.
  • Execute end-to-end credentialing workflows within government systems and portals, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve credentialing SOPs to ensure efficiency and audit-readiness.
  • Coordinate with security officers and government clients to facilitate clearance initiation and access provisioning for cleared personnel.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and monitor adherence to contractual SLAs and government standards.
  • Lead credentialing strategy for new contract stand-ups, including requirements gathering and implementation.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • 5+ years of hands-on credentialing experience in state and/or federal government contracting environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Residency in one of the specified US states.
  • Proven experience developing SOPs and supporting audits in contract-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and credentialing systems.
