What you will do

• Serve as central intake for new incidents, calls, and reports
• Dispatch technicians, coordinate support, and escalate cases
• Maintain accurate case documentation and tracking in Salesforce
• Communicate updates to clients, employees, clinics, and internal teams
• Monitor open items, follow up on tasks, and flag issues
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation, authorizations, and client onboarding

Requirements

• 2+ years in dispatch, coordination, administrative, or operations role
• Experience in insurance, workers’ compensation, or healthcare coordination preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
