What you will do

• Prepare materials for ACO board meetings, including presentations, practice communications, and minutes.
• Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats and kick-off meetings for providers and field teams.
• Design and implement financial reports and KPIs using business intelligence and CRM tools.
• Monitor and manage compliance activities within the ACO.
• Support the Market President and field team with special projects and program reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be based in Michigan for hybrid work.
