US base salary: $113,500 - $179,000 (determined by US work location, skills, experience).

What you will do

• Lead multiple strategic enterprise projects for hirify.global platform implementation.
• Engage executives, developers, marketing managers, and stakeholders to scope and drive projects to completion.
• Oversee execution including resourcing, scheduling, risk assessment, and escalation.
• Provide clear communication to customers and internal teams.
• Work with internal SMEs on use cases and complex implementations.
• Meet CSAT, billable utilization, and on-time delivery targets.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B customer-facing SaaS implementation, project management, or delivery
• 2+ years in fast-paced high-tech SaaS startup
• 2+ years mentoring Project Managers
• Proven delivery of complex technical projects and customer solutions
• Expert in MS Office, Google Suite, project management tools
• Excellent communication, high EQ, servant leadership
• Strong accountability, bias for action
• Ability to travel to customer sites when required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of marketing automation and technologies
• Experience developing implementation methodologies
