What you will do

• Lead multiple, concurrent strategic enterprise projects for platform implementation.
• Engage with executives, developers, and marketing managers to scope and drive projects to completion.
• Oversee project execution including resource allocation, scheduling, and timely delivery.
• Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and manage escalations as necessary.
• Provide clear and concise communication to customers and internal project teams.
• Meet or exceed targets for CSAT and billable utilization.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B customer-facing SaaS platform implementation, project management, or delivery service role
• 2+ years experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment
• 2+ years of experience mentoring Project Managers
• Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects and customer-facing solutions
• Expert proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Enterprise Suite, and project management tools
• Ability to travel to customer sites when required by project scope

• Knowledge of marketing automation and marketing technologies
• Experience developing implementation delivery methodologies
