Salary: $120,000 per year (New York base; performance-based compensation eligible).

What you will do
- Own paid social strategy across 8–15 high-growth U.S. brand accounts, aligning media, creative, and objectives.
- Serve as executive client contact, presenting business reviews, roadmaps, and forecasts to CMOs.
- Lead team OKRs, capacity planning, and development of Paid Social Managers and Specialists.
- Oversee campaign architecture, optimization, testing, and performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, with $500K–$5M+ monthly spends.
- Architect attribution models, KPI frameworks (CPA, iROAS, MER), and creative testing systems.
- Identify growth opportunities via competitive intelligence and advise on creative budget allocation.
Requirements
- 10+ years paid media experience, 7+ years in Paid Social/Meta.
- 7+ years managing $1M+ monthly spends for consumer brands.
- Experience leading 3+ paid media team members in agency/in-house.
- Proven scaling of Meta accounts beyond $1M/month with efficiency.
- Expert in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok/Pinterest; e-commerce metrics mastery.
- Executive client management and full-funnel creative strategy skills.
