What you will do
- Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for data products with accountability for growth, adoption, and business impact
- Identify opportunities to leverage Health Plan data for insights and analytics, partnering with Sales and Marketing on value messaging
- Act as subject-matter expert on Health Plan data, translating payer workflows into product requirements
- Consult on cross-functional initiatives relying on Health Plan data
- Represent data strategy in customer meetings, validate direction through feedback, and evolve roadmap
- Manage and mentor Product Managers as hands-on leader, setting standards for rigor and data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, or related with leadership in enterprise software
- Extensive experience with Health Plan data in healthcare software or analytics, fluency in payer data models
- Exceptional communication with executive presence to synthesize complex concepts
- Proven track record advocating for customers and translating needs into successful products
- Experience scaling data products from concept to adoption
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle, healthcare data governance, regulations, and payer models
