$200,000-$240,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Smart Room platform strategy, roadmap, and product direction across software, AI, hardware, and partnerships
• Make vendor selections, platform scope decisions, build vs buy tradeoffs, and drive financial outcomes like revenue and pricing
• Align with executive leadership on differentiation, investment priorities, and go-to-market
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, AI teams, sales, marketing, and conduct user research
• Operate with high autonomy in fast-moving space, delivering adoption, value, and revenue

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience with increasing scope and ownership
• Proven outcomes building 0-1 products
• Strong preference for experience in inpatient nursing workflow, patient engagement, virtual care, or adjacent
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Experience with AI-enabled products, platforms, or hardware partnerships
• Comfort in ambiguity, hard tradeoffs, accountability; strong communication and executive presence
