What you will do

• Facilitate recurring Statutory Review & Readiness forums to assess operational impact and guide action plans.
• Translate complex legislative changes into structured execution plans for system and process updates.
• Manage dependencies, risk logs, and program health metrics across technical and business teams.
• Lead incident coordination for compliance events to ensure resolution and prevent future disruption.
• Apply AI tools to synthesize regulatory inputs, improve tracking, and identify execution risks.
• Represent the company in discussions with jurisdictional partners to strengthen regulatory credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of program/project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing regulatory, compliance, or operational risk programs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Applied experience using AI to improve execution or scale workflows.
• Previous experience working at hirify.global, with its partners, or as a product user is essential.
