What you will do

• Guide the strategic roadmap for the Financial Products portfolio to deliver AI-driven experiences.
• Define the vision for automated AI-driven personal finance management journeys to differentiate the paid value proposition.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a data-driven and customer-obsessed culture.
• Manage and enhance paid membership offerings based on customer insights to improve retention and user satisfaction.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to direct product development and manage priorities.
• Manage technical partnerships and collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience leading PM teams within the fintech or AI-driven products sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to communicate technical concepts to executives.
• Expertise in leveraging product analytics and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
