Salary: $124,000 – $156,000 per year

What you will do
- Define the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps for equity financial reporting features.
- Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications, calculation logic, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure reporting capabilities meet ASC 718 and IFRS 2 standards.
- Lead discovery sessions and demos with corporate accounting, finance, and equity administration stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis of financial reporting capabilities across equity management platforms.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify reporting gaps and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2+ years in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- 3+ years of experience in equity financial reporting.
- Deep understanding of ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting, expense recognition, and forfeiture modeling.
- Knowledge of EPS dilution calculations and equity compensation plan types (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher.
- CPA or other accounting credentials.
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Experience with financial reporting platforms and ERP integrations.
