Salary: $124,000 – $156,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps for equity financial reporting features.
• Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications, calculation logic, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure reporting capabilities meet ASC 718 and IFRS 2 standards.
• Lead discovery sessions and demos with corporate accounting, finance, and equity administration stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis of financial reporting capabilities across equity management platforms.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify reporting gaps and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2+ years in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• 3+ years of experience in equity financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting, expense recognition, and forfeiture modeling.
• Knowledge of EPS dilution calculations and equity compensation plan types (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher.
• CPA or other accounting credentials.
• MBA or similar advanced degree.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Experience with financial reporting platforms and ERP integrations.
