Location: Hybrid in Irvine, CA – work in a beautiful new office near the Irvine Spectrum Center.

Salary: $42,000 base + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Drive strategic outreach via cold calling and email campaigns to large pharmacy groups to identify decision makers
  • Employ effective selling techniques: research prospects, build rapport, ask productive questions, identify issues
  • Build relationships with pharmacy owners and decision makers to establish trust in hirify.global's product
  • Schedule product demos for Account Executives and prepare prospects for sales process next steps
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, strategies, and goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, track progress, and update lead statuses

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Tech Sales experience
  • Experience in Technology / Healthcare space
  • Passion for working directly with customers and making an impact
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
