What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
- Run structured discovery to understand client hiring challenges, team gaps, and business goals.
- Manage complex deals and navigate multiple senior stakeholders to build strong business cases.
- Drive pipeline progression and maintain momentum across all stages to remove blockers.
- Apply MEDDPICC principles to qualify deals properly and increase win rates.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a closer in B2B sales, ideally within tech or hiring stakeholders.
- Strong deal management skills across multiple concurrent opportunities.
- Experience using structured operator frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Resilient high-volume caller with strong follow-through and accountability for results.
- Clear communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to commute to West London for a 4/1 hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, or talent solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
