Business Development Representative (Accounting)

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Create outreach strategies to build rapport with senior-level executives at potential clients.
• Analyze client barriers and identify hirify.global solutions to resolve them.
• Develop robust prospecting lists using social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Execute outbound communication via phone, email, and social media.
• Meet activity targets for qualifying calls and converting prospects to demos.
• Document activities in Salesforce and collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives.

Requirements

• Past Audit or Accounting experience is REQUIRED.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn new concepts and be coached in sales.
• Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Tenacious attitude with a commitment to exceeding targets.

Nice to have

• Experience with cold calling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
