TL;DR
Outbound Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for the Retail sales team through full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing with an accent on pipeline generation and outbound outreach. Focus on conducting high-impact product demos, managing sales forecasts in Salesforce, and surpassing quarterly quotas.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario (Required in-office presence every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Salary: $65,550 - $109,250 CAD

What you will do
- Generate sales pipeline using a combination of phone and email outbound outreach.
- Conduct one-on-one screen-sharing presentations and product demos for prospects.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline using Salesforce to meet monthly KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Reps to close cold outbound sourced opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and strive to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and converting conversations into meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Experience with pipeline forecasting and a history of top performance.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Background in the SaaS industry.
- Experience within the Retail or Hospitality sectors.
