What you will do

• Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound leads.
• Lead introductory calls and master the art of discovery to identify prospect pain points.
• Craft personalized email outreach and leverage LinkedIn and AI tools to prospect at scale.
• Collaborate on projects to evaluate leading-edge sales technology and improve existing processes.
• Mentor newer SDRs as you advance within the foundational SDR program.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Relentless drive and a proven record of growth and achievement.
• Curiosity, self-direction, and a keenness to learn and improve.
• Tech-savvy early adopter comfortable testing new tools to maximize outcomes.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Toronto, or London.
