Salary: $134,800 – $149,800 per year

What you will do

  • Translate strategic GTM initiatives into scalable enablement programs focusing on territory design, routing changes, and packaging evolution.
  • Develop strategic enablement content, workshops, and blueprint sessions based on data and customer signals.
  • Lead change sequencing, rollout planning, and communication to ensure smooth execution and maximize field adoption.
  • Drive alignment between strategy, process, and tools by acting as a connective leader across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Design repeatable 1-to-many enablement frameworks to ensure consistency and reduce reliance on bespoke support.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementing enablement programs for product positioning and adoption.
  • Strong project management skills to handle timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement platforms and automation workflows.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead virtual cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Experience crafting narratives that connect product value to revenue goals.
