Programme Manager, Partner Delivery (AI): Build and run a partner-delivered package programme from scratch, turning customer needs into productised offerings that partners sell and deliver with an accent on partner recruitment, matching, and end-to-end delivery outcomes. Focus on designing infrastructure, economics, operational playbook, and instrumentation for repeatable high-quality scalable deliveries.

London, UK. Location-based hybrid policy: expect to be in office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship available (with reasonable effort).

AI research company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems for safety and societal benefit.

What you will do

  • Design and launch productised package programmes with fixed scope, price, and outcomes for repeatability.
  • Own partner-matching engine: translate needs, route via CRM with SLAs and fallback logic.
  • Manage inbound sales requests end-to-end: triage, match, brief partners, track delivery.
  • Recruit and certify delivery partners across tiers and regions.
  • Define unit economics: pricing, margins, investments, revenue attribution.
  • Build partner-facing delivery kit and internal playbook, including routing and escalations.
  • Instrument packages against outcomes; iterate based on results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Experience running partner-delivered services or packaged-offering programmes at hyperscaler, SaaS, or systems integrator.
  • Demonstrated ability to productise professional services into repeatable partner offerings.
  • Experience building or restructuring partner-matching and routing in CRM.
  • Experience owning sales-to-partner handoff and customer outcomes accountability.
  • Solid grounding in partner economics: co-investment, margins, revenue attribution.

Nice to have

  • Experience across product marketing, sales, partner, and customer success functions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for routing and SLAs.
  • Track record building programmes in ambiguous early-stage environments.
