What you will do

• Support full lifecycle implementation of enterprise partnerships, translating commercial terms into operational plans.
• Coordinate delivery milestones across technical integration (EMR/IT), clinical processes, and innovation.
• Manage detailed project plans, track dependencies, and ensure decision gates are met before phase transitions.
• Facilitate structured handoffs between Business Development, Program Delivery, and Enterprise Support.
• Identify, track, and escalate program risks and blockers while recommending mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deliver structured status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting or health tech.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI to drive delivery of AI-enabled products.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs with competing priorities and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Location: Onsite presence 4 days a week in New York City office required.

Nice to have

• Experience with health system implementations and enterprise delivery models.
• Familiarity with EMR/IT integrations.
• PMP, PgMP or similar program management certification.
• Exposure to AI/ML products in an enterprise context.
