Salary: $135,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Manage workforce planning and utilization, translating demand forecasts into rolling staffing plans.
• Lead staffing decisions across projects to optimize load balance and skill alignment.
• Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing Quickbase low-code developers.
• Conduct performance reviews, create career growth paths, and set SMART goals for the team.
• Partner with technical leadership to elevate technical standards and ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate resource allocation with the PMO and shared services to protect margins and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams in a management capacity.
• Functional leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or delivery organizations.
• Strong operational acumen in utilization management, staffing strategy, and margin drivers.
• Proven ability to coach and develop professional staff through direct and candid feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quickbase, Mendix, or other low-code platforms.
• Experience building contractor or partner capacity for surge support.
