Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $135,000 – $165,000

What you will do
- Manage workforce planning and utilization, translating demand forecasts into rolling staffing plans.
- Lead staffing decisions across projects to optimize load balance and skill alignment.
- Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing Quickbase low-code developers.
- Conduct performance reviews, create career growth paths, and set SMART goals for the team.
- Partner with technical leadership to elevate technical standards and ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate resource allocation with the PMO and shared services to protect margins and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must currently reside in the United States.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams in a management capacity.
- Functional leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or delivery organizations.
- Strong operational acumen in utilization management, staffing strategy, and margin drivers.
- Proven ability to coach and develop professional staff through direct and candid feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with Quickbase, Mendix, or other low-code platforms.
- Experience building contractor or partner capacity for surge support.
