What you will do

• Lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements for hirify.global customers.
• Analyze business requirements to define scope and implement software features that streamline operations and drive revenue.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and solution reviews through professional presentations.
• Drive proofs of concept and pilots for high-priority and complex customer accounts.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues within implementation plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation and follow organizational processes for successful delivery of product features.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in implementation and support of Enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong ability to master product functionality and translate complex requirements into viable software configurations.
• Proven experience in business consulting or external customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and discovery workshops with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements and solution documentation.
• Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, United States
