What you will do

• Manage day-to-day program execution for the Materials Science experiment team, tracking milestones and project plans.
• Act as the primary operational interface between Materials Science leads and platform partners (Automation, ML, Engineering).
• Convert scientific goals into structured workstreams to optimize autonomous experimentation.
• Lead program rituals, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with Product & Revenue teams to scope and track commercial contract commitments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in materials science, advanced manufacturing, or deep tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong scientific fluency to communicate materials science goals to technical partners.
• Experience with commercial program delivery and managing external stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Cambridge, MA, USA

• Experience working in early-stage startups.
