What you will do

• Own day-to-day program execution and milestone tracking for the Chemistry experiment team.
• Act as the primary operational interface between Chemistry and platform partners (Automation, ML, Engineering).
• Translate scientific goals into structured workstreams to enable autonomous experimentation at scale.
• Lead program rituals including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and interdependencies early to maintain velocity.
• Coordinate with Product and Revenue teams to ensure commercial contract commitments are well-scoped and tracked.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in chemistry, pharma, or deep tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ideally within early-stage startups.
• Sufficient scientific fluency to communicate chemistry goals to technical partner teams.
• Experience supporting commercial program delivery and managing external partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• PMP, PgMP, or agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
