What you will do
- Lead sales activities for service agreements and warranties, including renewals, notifications, and purchase order processing.
- Manage contract renewal workflows in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and coordination with business teams.
- Engage customers directly, identify opportunities, and transition leads to field sales.
- Drive revenue growth by developing new service offerings and managing the sales pipeline.
- Improve processes for automation and efficiency across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years in service/field sales, customer-facing roles, or customer service.
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle.
- Proven ability to meet revenue goals, work independently, and manage priorities.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
