Salary: $64,000–$76,000 + Stock Options

What you will do
- Act as a key CX contact for inbound provider inquiries, ensuring high-quality support and issue resolution.
- Coordinate IpsiHand training sessions and ensure providers have access to necessary resources.
- Manage and track the patient pipeline within the B2B funnel, including VA pipeline management.
- Conduct SDR account reviews to identify pipeline gaps and collaborate on repeat prescriber development.
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) workflows and facilitate medical record collection.
- Consolidate data for business reviews and track KPIs across pipeline stages and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, account support, or healthcare operations.
- Experience supporting B2B healthcare or medical device environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with medical records, EEG coordination, or clinical workflows.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and pipeline tracking.
- Analytical experience with data consolidation and reporting.
