What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for new and existing client mandates from pitch to full implementation.
• Coordinate account set-up and establish legal and operational foundations for mandate changes across the business.
• Facilitate working group sessions and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders to manage risks.
• Design and embed governance processes to maintain a risk-controlled and compliant operating environment.
• Support strategic initiatives to optimize client onboarding processes and cross-functional engagement.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to junior team members.

Requirements

• Knowledge of product structures, asset classes, and investment strategies within a leading asset management firm.
• Project management experience, ideally within an investment management context.
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior internal and external contacts.
• Strong understanding of current investment, market, and regulatory matters.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite.
