Location: Hybrid; must be based in London or Bristol (3 days in office)

What you will do

• Manage complex organisation design initiatives across multiple business units to ensure coherence and alignment.
• Define organisational visions, design principles, and strategic roadmaps in collaboration with business leaders.
• Lead Operating Model Transformations, including current-state assessments and target operating model design.
• Provide specialist expertise and coaching to senior stakeholders and HR partners on organisational effectiveness.
• Apply Agile practices and methodologies to organisation design activities.
• Represent the company with external organisations to apply industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing organisation design solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Ability to design resource structures to deliver strategic goals and understand complex interconnected systems.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of business priorities to inform commercial decision-making.
• Experience promoting and embedding agile ways of working within HR practices.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London or Bristol

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting or an internal consulting role.
• Experience within HR or the People & Culture domain.
