What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define and evolve customer strategy across lifecycle, engagement, and promotional experiences
• Drive development of large-scale customer-facing initiatives like Sportsbook loyalty programs to boost retention and value
• Use behavioral insights and segmentation to inform strategic decisions and customer engagement
• Analyze opportunities to optimize personalized promotions and generate insights for product strategy
• Influence product roadmaps by developing frameworks for promotional experiences
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution and improve personalization through data and experimentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years in strategy, analytics, or commercial role; marketing experience highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and Excel required; data visualization a plus
• Tableau, Python, or R preferred
• Experience in cross-functional teams with strong project management skills
• Avid sports and gaming fan; willing to work nontraditional hours due to seasonal calendars
