What you will do

• Partner with senior GTM and Revenue leaders to define success metrics and influence strategic decisions through data-backed insights.
• Build and interpret Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards, integrating data from Marketo and Gong.
• Design advanced reporting frameworks and models to surface insights on funnel performance, forecasting, and retention.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across revenue systems and platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation and predictive analytics to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor other analysts by promoting analytical rigor and a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of B2B revenue and GTM metrics, including funnel performance and pipeline health.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience building executive-ready dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
