TL;DR

Senior Consultant Growth Manager (Medtech/Sales): Driving the conversion of consultant-influenced pipelines into sales within the labor and public sector markets with an accent on strategic alliance building and pipeline qualification. Focus on deepening relationships with priority consulting firms, tailoring deal messaging for public sector buyers, and optimizing win rates.

Location: Remote from within the US or hybrid in the New York Metropolitan area (3 days onsite Tue-Thu)

Salary: $148,000 - $235,000 per year

What you will do

  • Originate and qualify new opportunities through consultant networks in labor and public sector segments.
  • Partner with Sales to shape deal strategies and influence consultant recommendations to achieve win-rate targets.
  • Own and execute engagement strategies to deepen relationships with key stakeholders across priority consulting firms.
  • Lead escalation for key accounts to protect revenue and drive strategic upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and tailor deal-specific materials and messaging tailored to labor and public sector buyer needs.
  • Track and report consultant-influenced pipeline and conversion metrics using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in the employer benefits ecosystem.
  • Strong network of broker and consultant relationships, including exposure to labor or public sector segments.
  • Proven ability to grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to advance deal pipelines.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Active work authorization in the US is required.

Nice to have

  • Background in or passion for working in family health.
  • Experience operating within Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
