What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives and national strategy.
• Manage, support, and optimize the performance of 1099 independent sales representatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps while conducting regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Represent the region at trade shows, industry events, and internal sales meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership role.
• Proven experience managing 1099 independent sales rep networks.
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship is provided.
• Ability to travel 40-60% of the time within the region.
• Strong ability to analyze data, create forecasts, and drive strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Background in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT).
