Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 + Bonus structure

What you will do

• Develop and nurture new and existing referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Track and analyze referral data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
• Grow referrals and admissions within the assigned territory by achieving defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal intake, clinical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral process.
• Create and execute territory plans, maintaining accurate records of prospective accounts in the CRM.
• Prepare and present quarterly strategic plans for high-impact A and B accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business degree preferred).
• 5+ years of combined experience in healthcare, business sales, and/or clinical environments.
• Proven ability to serve as a credible healthcare referral development professional.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time within the greater Minneapolis area.

Nice to have

• Experience calling on complex health systems.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Knowledge of Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorders.
• Experience interfacing with criminal justice systems.
