TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Healthcare/AI): Driving new business growth and repeatable revenue for an AI-native patient engagement platform with an accent on strategic selling and CXO relationship management. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA), requires at least 50% travel

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base salary plus commission

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle sales focusing on new business growth and repeatable revenue.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, engaging C-level buyers and internal stakeholders from opportunity to close.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to consistently meet and exceed performance quotas.
  • Lead deal negotiation and pricing strategies to optimize profitable deal structures.
  • Build exceptional client relationships and differentiate the product through a compelling value proposition.
  • Forecast and deliver against revenue targets by leveraging industry relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive in a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated history of hitting $2.5M+ annual quotas.
  • Experience orchestrating value-based selling campaigns targeting CXOs and healthcare staff.
  • Exceptional understanding of the hospital business environment and industry dynamics.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding or direct experience with AI applications in healthcare.
