Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

What you will do

• Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly account analysis.
• Partner with department heads and office leaders to analyze operating expenses and communicate trends.
• Review financial information and develop insights for business decisions.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, track expenses, and assist with reclassifications.
• Refine financial models for operational budgeting and support quarterly management reporting.
• Coordinate financial data delivery and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, or a comparable ERP solution, plus analytical tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-financial audiences.
