Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 base annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis, identifying performance drivers and actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve financial models, management reporting, and FP&A deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen planning, financial rigor, and decision-making.
• Integrate Finance into the S&OP process by connecting financial forecasts with operational and commercial planning.
• Evaluate retail and DTC economics, promotional ROI, and new product and collaboration profitability.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis skills.
• Experience working in a growing, complex business with multiple financial and operational drivers.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or another analytically rigorous environment, and/or an MBA, is a plus.
