Salary: $109,000–$196,020 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers depend on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.

What you will do
- Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes supporting forecasts, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Audit and improve data integrity across financial systems by designing controls, investigating anomalies, and partnering with process owners.
- Support EPM upgrades, ERP integrations, and configuration rollouts through requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Maintain system configuration requirements, process guides, and end-user training documentation.
- Manage financial systems projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, testing, and change management.
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and other functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
Nice to have
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
- Experience in a high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SaaS company.
- EPM consultancy or implementation experience.
- Experience using AI tools or integrating AI into budgeting and forecasting.
