Salary: CA$85,000 - CA$95,000 per year

What you will do
- Coach and develop a team of billing professionals and team leads, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee billing productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times using performance insights to implement improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex issues and navigate conflict resolution with physician clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through both virtual and in-person meetings across the region.
- Support the integration of teams and systems to align workflows and evolve best practices.
- Report progress, challenges, and operational opportunities directly to the Director.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and developing teams in an operations or service-oriented environment.
- Strong ability to identify operational improvements and contribute to strategic direction.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trust and maintaining professional relationships.
- Experience in account management, service delivery, or partnership roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be located within commuting distance of North Vancouver or Duncan, BC to support hybrid work and in-person client meetings.
