TL;DR

Location: Remote (US) with ~25% domestic travel

Salary: $120,000

What you will do

  • Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings to build relationships and drive change management
  • Identify process adjustments to expand hirify.global platform usage
  • Serve as central point of contact for assigned SMB/Consumer clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for consistent service delivery
  • Communicate client needs to product, sales, and support teams
  • Forecast metrics, track accounts, and support growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 4+ years of SMB/Consumer lending experience
  • Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Strong client-focused solutions and communication skills
  • Ability to influence process changes and manage multiple projects
  • Growth mindset with negotiation, presentation, and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of API-based work
  • B2B FinTech experience
  • Experience at a hypergrowth startup
  • Previous Salesforce utilization
  • Experience with failure and course correction
