Salary: $143,000 – $193,200 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and lead a team of 3-8 inbound sales development representatives to achieve quota.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure pipeline generation meets business targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performance sales talent through evergreen hiring efforts.
  • Coach team members to develop their sales acumen and achieve professional growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive step-level improvements in pipeline generation motions.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in team management.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive (AE) or Sales Development Manager.
  • Experience selling technical products, ideally developer-oriented tools.
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to deliver on numeric objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.
