Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA or Atlanta, GA
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Support and evolve onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and consistency.
- Implement skill development and manager-led coaching programs to reinforce sales methodologies.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop competitive battle cards and field resources.
- Translate product innovation into compelling messaging and drive adoption of GTM tools (LMS, CI).
- Reinforce sales process execution, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Analyze enablement engagement and performance data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, business, education, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams.
- 2+ years of experience working within a SaaS organization.
- Proficiency with various CMS/LMS platforms and Conversational Intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with change management approaches, such as the ADKAR model.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Seattle, WA or Atlanta, GA.
Nice to have
- Direct experience using the platform.
- Understanding of sales methodologies like Challenger Sale or Command of the Message.
- Knowledge of adult learning best practices (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Gagne, Bloom).
- Experience designing competitive battle cards.
- Involvement in professional sales enablement groups.
