TL;DR

Market Loan Advisor (Real Estate/Mortgage): Facilitating relationship development between partner teams and Loan Officers to achieve pre-approval target rates with an accent on building trust, onboarding/training partners, and nurturing long-term collaborations. Focus on driving business opportunities, conducting in-market visits, participating in strategic reviews, and managing product go-to-market.

Location: Remote within the United States (any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions). U.S. employees only.

Base pay: $45.60–$76.60 hourly (varies by state, e.g., higher in CA, NY; plus incentive compensation and equity).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokerages, agents, builders, and stakeholders as primary connector to Loan Officers.
  • Drive business opportunities by communicating hirify.global Home Loans value propositions and acting as escalation point for partner concerns.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new markets, agents, and partners (in-market and virtual).
  • Perform in-market visits, join partner meetings, conduct agent call-downs, and participate in Strategic Business Reviews.
  • Engage in regular meetings with managers and stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and provide market/pipeline updates.
  • Drive go-to-market for new products, coordinate travel, and stay current on regulations and licensing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years in a sales role
  • Minimum 5+ years in mortgage or real estate industry
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Mandatory: Complete 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing education and pass SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam within 90 days of hire
  • Real estate industry knowledge and dedication to high-quality customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Deep mortgage process knowledge, public speaking experience, and passion for helping people

Nice to have

  • Track record in handling purchase loans, working with real estate agents, and obtaining state licensure
