What you will do
- Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings to build relationships and drive change management
- Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and adjust client processes
- Serve as central point of contact for assigned mortgage clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for consistent service delivery
- Communicate client needs to internal teams and support sales efforts
- Forecast metrics, track accounts, and manage multiple clients concurrently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 4+ years of mortgage experience and processes in mortgage companies
- Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Client-focused solutions and ability to influence process changes
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
- Growth mindset
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of API-based work
- B2B fintech experience
- Experience in hypergrowth startup
- Previous Salesforce utilization
- Experience with failure and course correction
