What you will do

• Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings to build relationships and drive change management
• Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and adjust client processes
• Serve as central point of contact for assigned mortgage clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for consistent service delivery
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and support sales efforts
• Forecast metrics, track accounts, and manage multiple clients concurrently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 4+ years of mortgage experience and processes in mortgage companies
• Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
• Client-focused solutions and ability to influence process changes
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
• Growth mindset
