Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site, with in-person work required 4–5 days per week.

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into buildable workflows using specifications, diagrams, and edge-case definitions.
• Lead discovery sessions with new enterprise clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through launch and own release readiness.
• Manage enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations.
• Drive post-launch issue resolution, feedback loops, monitoring, and ongoing support operations.
• Manage product compliance requirements and collaborate with Legal on regulatory and policy initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, management consulting, or a related operational role at a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written communication skills, including specifications and process documentation.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Willingness to work in person at the San Francisco office 4–5 days per week.
