What you will do

• Install and remove network infrastructure, registers, PCs, printers, and low-voltage cabling at site locations.
• Provide end-user software and hardware support at corporate offices and remote sites.
• Conduct site surveys for new constructions, acquisitions, and remodels.
• Manage and oversee IT-related projects for site conversions and remodels.
• Image and stage new hardware specific to business operations.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and develop standardized support processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Knoxville, TN area.
• Must possess a Real ID or Passport for domestic air travel and car rentals.
• Ability to perform installations of low-voltage cabling (data, phone).
• Proficiency with power tools (drills, saws) for cutting walls, ceilings, and countertops.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and blueprints.
• Flexible schedule including early/late flights and occasional weekend work/travel.
