What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multiple installation superintendents and crews on long-duration or complex projects.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and collaborate with design engineers to ensure all required materials are available.
• Manage project schedules and hold technicians accountable to maintain quality control per DIV28 specifications.
• Perform high-level installation tasks, including rack build-outs, panel terminations, and device troubleshooting.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including redlines, RFIs, and site inventory via OneNote.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electronic security installation with administrative capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sterling, VA, USA.
• Proficiency with systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, or Bosch.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, programming matrices, and BOM lists.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and hold a security clearance/registration (e.g., DCJS, TS Clearance).
