What you will do

• Perform advanced 3D modeling and drafting using Revit MEP and AutoCAD for power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
• Develop detailed electrical sketches, riser diagrams, and documentation for fire alarm and specialty low-voltage systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and architectural models.
• Manage and deliver complex design packages ensuring deliverables meet client standards and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate electronic project files and capture all revisions within the BIM environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in electrical design.
• At least 2 years of mandatory experience with Revit MEP.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and general electrical design requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience specifically within the Semiconductor or Data Center sectors.
• Experience in 3D coordination and clash detection within a BIM workflow.
