Salary: $24–$33 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and delegate tasks to installation crews, subcontractors, and union trades on large-scale projects.
• Perform physical installation of displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, and equipment racks.
• Execute diverse cabling terminations and perform advanced fiber optic installation, repair, and testing.
• Interpret functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams to implement finished systems.
• Build and wire custom panels and prepare equipment racks for staging.
• Manage on-site materials, toolkit, and company vehicles while maintaining an organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must live in the Nashville, TN area.
• AVIXA CTS Certification (required).
• OSHA 30 Certificate (required).
• 5+ years of experience as an installation technician or in a related industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for travel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS-I Certification.
• NYC OSHA30 certification.
