Facilities Infrastructure & Connectivity Coordinator

Location: Manassas, Virginia, United States; onsite field work and client-site execution required

What you will do

• Track and assign utility points of connection from main distribution lines to end-use equipment.
• Manage Technical Service Requests and maintain accurate facility database records.
• Review engineering data, technical requests, and drawings while coordinating missing specifications with Mechanical, Electrical, and Process teams.
• Lead Bluebeam digital markup sessions and prepare technical documentation for project meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Conduct field walks to verify POC sites, lateral installations, VMBs, and distribution hardware, including installing physical identification markers.
• Support Facilities Engineering with capacity models and cross-functional infrastructure problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience managing and navigating complex technical databases.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
• Ability to perform Bluebeam markups and interpret technical drawings.
• Exceptional organization and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in an industrial facility and travel to the client site as required.
• Ability to perform field work and learn quickly in a high-velocity construction or manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with semiconductor design or construction standards.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Process systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Facilities Operations and Infrastructure Capacity Modeling.
