Senior Technician - Building Maintenance Units/Powered Platforms

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 Hourly Full Time

What you will do

• Perform inspections, repairs, and installations on BMUs for commercial buildings like flat roofs, office towers, and skyscrapers.
• Lead, advise, and train team of technicians while assuring timely scheduling and report delivery.
• Write detailed inspection/repair reports, review team reports, and coordinate with project managers, billing, and admin staff.
• Safely access roofs, climb ladders, work at heights, and operate hand tools for repairs.
• Travel regionally and nationally for assignments, working independently or in small field teams.
• Follow OSHA, industry, and company safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 10+ years BMU/Powered Platform experience; knowledge of codes, standards, and OSHA safety.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, on roofs, ladders, in inclement weather, and perform field labor (70% field/30% office).
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); produce accurate reports and communications.
• Valid driver’s license meeting ATS standards; ability to travel nationally.
• Pass physical exam, background check, drug screening; obtain/maintain security clearance for military bases.
• U.S. Person per ITAR (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
