Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the refinement, planning, and delivery of Enterprise solutions, specifically focusing on Cloud Platform Data Integration.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
• Manage project scope, budgets ($8M+), and timelines within fixed-fee engagement models.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog and Agile release plans.
• Coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones, identifying and removing impediments to delivery.
• Conduct business analysis to translate requirements into development needs and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
• 7+ years of experience in a delivery lead role within an Agile software development environment.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms and API integration.
• Proven experience leading global teams of 10+ developers and designers.
• Ability to collaborate with a UK team with overlapping hours between 8 AM - 12 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Certification or project experience in Content management/commerce systems.
• PMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of traditional SDLC.
